Hammer Consulting LLC provides  a set of tools based on the Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) model and inventory developed by Dr. Hammer for effectively managing and resolving disagreements and conflict across cultural boundaries. • The Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Inventory, the premier assessment and training tool for identifying core approaches for resolving conflict across cultural and ethnic differences. The ICS Inventory is accompanied by the ICS Interpretive Guide and ICS Facilitator's Manual.



• The Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Certification program, a two-day program that increases participant's ability to appropriately respond to cultural differences in conflict style. In addition, participants learn the five intercultural conflict skill sets identified by Dr. Hammer that are most effective in bridging conflict style differences across cultural communities.
